If you have a decoder number 3, add new location "Check" and assign.
Tick the box to connect your User Defined Export File (Same as Hill & Finish).
Go to "Setting" on Sqorz.
Choose Decoder File for "Check".
Open Web Service URL from the server on Check Station PC.
Click Competitor Self-Service.
